Leadership in veterinary practice has never been more challenging.

Many practice owners, managers and clinical leaders find themselves promoted because they're excellent clinicians or operators, not because anyone taught them how to lead people.

The result? Difficult conversations are avoided. Team conflict simmers. Good people leave. Stress levels rise. The practice survives, but leadership starts to feel exhausting.

That's where I come in.

I help veterinary practice owners, practice managers and clinical leaders build resilient teams, confident leaders and thriving, profitable practices through practical, no-nonsense leadership development.

I work with veterinary practices owners, managers and team leads coaching and supporting them through the real-world challenges they face every day, from managing financial performance to navigating conflict, to building healthier work environments, and leading change with confidence.

My approach is grounded in behavioural science, emotional intelligence and practical tools that leaders can put into practice immediately. No jargon. No corporate fluff. Just strategies that work in the reality of busy veterinary practice.

I'm the founder of Vetnetics, helping leaders reduce their overwhelm, identify what needs their attention first, before small issues become major problems.

Whether I'm coaching one-to-one, facilitating leadership programmes, delivering keynote talks or supporting whole practice teams, my aim is always the same:

To help leaders lead with confidence & clarity.
